I sent out a kitten that caused his new owner a huge water bill before she realized he was fascinated with the toilet flush.... here all toilet lids are down because some think an open toilet bowl is a wading pool...

Yes, you need two :)

laugh, it was the screen door that he locked and I got thinking after, that I'm glad we decided to put stairs down from the deck last summer ... it's a walk out basement so I would of had a pretty good jump :) but I was dressed though and not in my pj's ;) We've also noticed this week that the handles on our toilets have lots of tooth marks in them, Keegan loves to watch the toilet being flushed, (will chase you in to the bathroom) and we think he's figured out that when I touch that handle the water does that great swirling motion so he's trying to pull down on the handle with his mouth .... what's next!! Still think we should of bought two :)

I laugh every time I go to the bathroom now because Sorte does the same thing! He will run from just about any room if he hears the bathroom door open or sees me walking down the hallway towards that direction. He loves watching the water swirl down then as it is filling back up he bats at the water. He hasn't figured out the whole handle thing yet, but I'm sure in time I will be dealing with the same thing. LOL! They are just so entertaining in ways that I never I could have ever imagined.

Gotta wonder why they do the things they do! That's part of what makes Savannahs so special, I guess :p

I was at a cat show once and my little sister was locked into the bathroom- with a grumpy F1 mother and newborn- for about 12 hours- by an F2 kitten. Hahaha- I still laugh when I think about it! My bathroom door is next to a sink/cabinet on the outside of it and Celeste jumped up and shoved out one of the drawers JUST ENOUGH to trap my sister.

She finally figured a way to use a Rockband drumstick (yeah- don't know why it was in there) to slide the drawer closed.
