it was definitely a more sane version of the bones of the story. And I like that they start with the cat had a name, it was a pet. RIP Chum :-(

It's heartbreaking. I cannot imagine how the owners feel :-(

According to this http://dog-breeds.findthebest.com/l/58/Doberman-Pinscher a doberman is typically 25 to 27" (just over 2', not even close to 4') and 75 to 100lbs. Comparison to human:

Their site has a link to an Amazon wish list with things like cat food and lysine treats. I really like that method, but a donation from the group is an awesome idea as well.

The story of snow made me cry too!! People astound me with their cruelty!!!!! I pity the fool who tries something like that with an animal lover around.....
